Country property and Country people ... two things I love!

Love Selling Country Property! Love Loomis and Granite Bay Acreage~

I was lucky enough to reside in Loomis for a long time. We actually owned more than a few homes in our time there. When I was married my family and I lived in 3 beautiful homes during our stay in Loomis.  They were all so special and fit our needs during that time. The first a French Country on Wells Avenue, huge home, fit our needs for we had my sister who moved back from Maui to stay with us while she was dealing with Breast Cancer. Was perfect for it had two living quarters, perfect for our situation.
The next an 8 Acre Parcel with a wonderful Hilltop Home on Laird Road,I remember mowing the lawn singing the theme song from "Green Acres". I loved riding my mower. Too funny!  I married a Landscaper but I mowed our lawns. LOL... I used to love helping my Dad as a child, so I guess it just brought back some great memories. Growing up in Danville was full of some great times for sure.
The last one was a French Country Home on Val Verde. I had it listed at one time and I always loved that home. When we got an offer on our home on Laird, we made an AS IS Offer on this home and then gutted and remodeled it over the next 3 months. BIG PROJECT! Wow... I must have been crazy but boy that home turned out really nice!  We took it from outdated to over the top gorgeous! 4000 square feet with a 9 car garage.  Some fun times. I love flipping homes.
So it was during this time I got to learn first hand about living on Acreage. Everything from Leach Lines, Well pumps, Septics and Country/Horse property. Some people think that's the same thing. Those of you who live on it or own it know it is NOT!!  I used to get many Listings back in 2005/2006 because of that reason. Many Realtors would come out and talk about that subject and my Clients knew right away... this was NOT a Country Realtor.

I am just a helpful "Country Girl". Born and raised with horses and still have a large beautiful Garden that is my pride and joy.  Always be just who I am.
Happy at that....

If you are in the Market for a great Realtor and live on Acreage I ask that you give me a "Holler" ... I would love to work for ya.  Just let me be in your Top 3 Realtors that you interview and I will do my best to convince you I am your girl!  From my excellent photography (with a wide angle lenses that makes a BIG difference make sure YOUR realtor uses one!!), to my FREE Staging that will help improve where you need it and get your Top Sales price. I am here to help ya!

Make it a great day!  Many Thanks... LESLIE
